Desired Candidate Profile

Job Description

The Product/sales Specialist would be responsible for selling medical equipments and services associated with PIKA Medical Pvt. Ltd, within a defined geographic market. The role is responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts within the established geographic territory as well as maintaining customer relationships with the accounts in their established geographic territory.

 ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

(1) Sales & After-Sales

   Generating, qualifying and converting new leads into customers, in addition to growing & maintaining the existing customer base.

    Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings, and demonstrating equipment capabilities on assigned medical products in assigned territory

    Sales negotiations & deal closure at the customer, interfacing with all the key business influencers such as direct users of the products as well as department heads.

    Co-ordinate before/after sale activities related to order processing, deliveries, installation, payments.

    Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.

 (2) Business Intelligence

    Generate record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers.

    Develop & continuously maintain a high level of product knowledge of PIKA’s product portfolio as well as competitive products

    Providing leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to drive product sales

(3) Servicing

    To provide basic troubleshooting, loaner replacements to customers

    Tracking service deliveries from start to completion
